KCALL Minutes
Executive Board Meeting
October 2, 2001

Held at Bryan Cave.  Meeting began around 12:15.

Cindy Crary

Susan Duede brought up the Christmas Party.  Janet Peters thought it was a good possibility that it could be held at Shook Hardy.  The cost for last year was $ 462.00.  Janet Peters and Janice Jones will contact vendors for contributions for this year’s party.

Linda Roser brought up the fact that its time to start on membership renewals.

The minutes from the August 7^th board meeting were approved.

Linda Roser presented the treasurer’s report.  There is a current balance of $1,692.59.

It was debated whether to send Christmas Party invitations via snail mail or e-mail.  It was decided that they would go out via e-mail.

Meeting was adjourned at 12:45.
