Members Meeting
May 16, 2002

Meeting held at U.S. Court of Appeals at 11:30 am, with business meeting starting at 11:50 am

The meeting was called to order by Secretary Eddie White, due to the absence of Pres. Susan Duede and Vice-Pres. Sharon Hom, followed by the approval of the minutes from the business meeting on March 21, 2002.

Announcements
Tranne Pearce announced the Nov. 7th MAALL meeting.

Treasurer’s Report
Handouts of the treasurer’s report were made available to all members, and a brief discussion of items on report was given by Treasurer Debbie Steele.

Program–committee reported that the next meeting would be at North KC Public Library, and to meet there at 11:30 am.

Mike McReynolds announced that the board had tentatively approved the modified by-laws, with publicity to come out to the membership before the next meeting.

Business meeting adjourned at 12:03 pm.
