Members Meeting
August 21, 2002

Meeting called to order at 11:45 am at North Kansas City Public Library.

The meeting was called to order by President Susan Duede, followed by the approval of the minutes from the business meeting on May 16, 2002.

Announcements
Oct. 17 will be the next business meeting at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

Request made to submit items for KCALL website.

Committee Reports

Program–Rebecca Stroder from Spencer Fane Britt and Brown will give a presentation on copyright issues at the next meeting. Discussion regarding holiday party resulted in most feeling a better turnout would result with a noon meeting.

Treasurer’s Report
Handouts of the treasurer’s report were made available to all members, and a brief discussion of items on report was given by Treasurer Debbie Steele.

Bylaws vote was tabled due to an insufficient number of membership present at the meeting (need 18 members but only 12 present at the meeting.)

Business meeting adjourned at 11:54 pm.
