Meeting called to order at 11:48 am at Shook, Hardy & Bacon.

The meeting was called to order by President Susan Duede, followed by the approval of the minutes from the business meeting on August 21, 2002.

Announcements–made, along with introduction of new members.

Treasurer’s Report
Handouts of the treasurer’s report were made available to all members, and a brief discussion of items on report was given by Treasurer Debbie Steele.

Committee Reports

Program–Next KCALL membership meeting will be the holiday party at Spencer Fane Brit & Brown.  Discussed that vendors were generous in contributions for holiday party.

Announcement made regarding bringing items to be donated to City Union Mission with the Good Night, Sleep Tight drive.

Membership was encouraged to submit entries for KCALL website.

Nominating committee of Joan Thomas and Ruth Gervois was announced.

Business meeting adjourned at 11:55 pm.
